Shipping policy

At ENUF, we aim to keep the experience simple and transparent from formulation to fulfilment.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

International shipping will be announced when available.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities/towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
  • ENUF may run free shipping promotions from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp
  • You can also track your order from your account dashboard (if enabled on your site)

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply, or
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting shipping charges

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@enufns.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the outer box and product
  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)

We’ll resolve the issue via replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

ENUF is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Technical issues with logistics providers

But we will always assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
