Skincare works gradually. Most people start noticing improvements with consistent use over 3–6 weeks, depending on skin type and concern. We don’t promise overnight miracles — we believe in long-term care.

Can I return a product if I’ve used it?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your Order ID. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, only if the order has not yet been shipped.

How long do refunds take?

  • Prepaid: 5–7 business days
  • COD: 7–10 business days after receiving bank/UPI details

Do I need an unboxing video?

It’s not mandatory, but it’s strongly recommended for faster approval in case of damage or missing items.
