Refund policy

At ENUF, we believe care should feel simple and honest — including how we handle returns.

Because our products are personal care and hygiene-sensitive, we follow strict quality and safety standards while still being fair to our customers.

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.

To request cancellation, email us at care@enufns.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Subject: Cancel Order

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. When Are Returns / Replacements Accepted?

We accept return or replacement requests only in these cases:

  • Product arrived damaged or leaked
  • You received a wrong item
  • An item was missing from your order
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

3. Request Window

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

4. What You’ll Need to Share

To process your request quickly, please include:

  • Order ID
  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue
  • Photo of outer box and shipping label
  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended for damage/missing claims)

This helps us resolve issues fairly and prevents misuse.

5. What Is Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to incorrect use or storage
  • “Didn’t suit me” or change of mind
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Skincare is personal, and results vary by individual — so we encourage reviewing ingredients and patch testing before use.

6. Refunds & Replacements

Once your request is approved:

  • We will first offer a replacement (same product)
  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued

Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: 7–10 business days after bank/UPI details are shared

Shipping charges (if any) are refunded only when the error is from ENUF’s side.
